I took advantage of some more downtime in Madison to analyze our spending habits to date. For anyone who doesn’t find a bunch of charts and numbers incredibly boring, feast your eyes out:

The breakdown of our spending habits. More than half our expenses are on food… and we eat out way too much.

The monthly breakdown (and average) of essential and non-essential (like new brakes and new climbing gear) purchases. Looks like we can survive by only spending ~$900 a month (each).
In terms of the rest of our activities, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves (although I’m not really sure if they are speaking for themselves when I include captions with each one).

While not nearly as badass as the fireball my brother-in-law shot in the cover shot, I do look rather intimidating.
We finally both agree on some sort of media! I love that song, but you are still wrong about basically all movies.

Yummy, sweet corn is the best! Eating out is such a budget-killer, so true! Still, how much fridge/cooler storage do you have?
We have a fridge, but the space is super limited. It can be good because we can’t accumulate or forget about anything, but it’s hard to keep many leftovers.
